Support¶
Getting help¶
- Check the docs first. Each product has a Troubleshooting & FAQ page, for example VDA Troubleshooting & FAQ, and a Glossary for product terms.
- Contact your Whiteklay representative if the answer isn't there.
What to include in a support request¶
A good report gets a faster answer. Please include:
- Product and version, and whether it runs on Docker Compose or Kubernetes.
- What you were trying to do and the exact steps you took.
- What you expected and what happened instead, including any error message.
- Your role, since many behaviors depend on effective permissions. The Access Simulator & Audit tab can show why access was allowed or denied.
- Screenshots, with any sensitive data removed.
Never share credentials
Do not include passwords, API keys, or tokens in a support request, a screenshot, or a log excerpt. If a key has been exposed, revoke it and generate a new one.
Security issues¶
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through your Whiteklay representative. Please do not disclose them publicly until they have been addressed.
